Terms and Conditions for New Year's Eve Celebration at DRAVA LOUNGE

By purchasing a ticket and attending the New Year’s Eve event at DRAVA LOUNGE, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase and Entry:

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.

Tickets must be presented at the entrance along with a valid ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport) for verification.

Entry is only allowed to individuals aged 21 and over

Management reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any guests for disruptive behavior or non-compliance with the event's policies.

2. Dress Code:

A smart-casual or dressy attire is required. No athletic wear, flip-flops, or casual t-shirts.

Guests not adhering to the dress code may be denied entry.

3. Behavior and Conduct:

The club operates a zero tolerance policy towards any form of violence, harassment, or illegal activities.

Disorderly behavior, intoxication, or substance abuse will result in immediate removal from the venue, without a refund.

By attending, you agree to respect other patrons, staff, and the club’s rules.

4. VIP Tables and Bottle Service:

VIP table reservations must be made in advance with a valid credit card.

A deposit may be required for table bookings.

Minimum spend requirements apply to VIP tables and bottle service.

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation from the club’s management.

5. Health & Safety:

The club adheres to all local health and safety regulations, including COVID-19 safety protocols where applicable.

6. Alcohol Consumption:

The club reserves the right to limit or refuse alcohol service to any patron.

Alcoholic beverages are for consumption on the premises only and cannot be removed from the venue.

7. Photography and Filming:

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. These images and videos may be used on social media, advertisements, and other marketing materials.

8. Liability:

DRAVA LOUNGE is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

The club is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur on the premises. Guests attend the event at their own risk.
